A few weeks ago I took the boys to the farm to pick our own pumpkins. Of course, before we made our selections, I made them pose on the pumpkins.
The one Doug is sitting on is the one he really wanted. It was a big one, and he was really wanting us to get a big one. Somehow I was able to pick it up and get it into the cart, which was now pretty heavy. We lugged it back to get everything weighed and when it was all said and done we left with 89 lbs of pumpkin and one large straw bale. It does make the front porch look festive. We got 3 of the pumpkins carved this weekend, so I'll try and get those pictures posted soon.
